Challenges are presented every day that takes our focus away from our nutrition - sometimes I get distracted and I am pulled in so many different directions - that my eating suffers. It's time to re-focus and re-challenge ourselves to a cleaner healthier way of eating. Thanksgiving - literally is just around the corner - let's start out the month strong with healthy eating.
