I’m Christine, a mother of six, beautiful children. I have always been interested in exercise and healthy living, while fulfilling my role as a mom and wife in a very busy household. At times being a mom can be over-whelming, and one’s personal health and well-being can be put on the the back-burner. That raises the question: can we stay fit, feed our bodies, and have the energy for the job of being a mom? I think the answer is YES!
FitMamaOf6 is my blog on how I stay energized and challenged while raising my family. I want to offer motivational training tips that can be done in the comfort of your own home in 5, 10, or 20-minutes....as well as training ideas that can be done if you have spare time to make it to the gym. After trying almost every eating plan and fad diet over the past several years, I want to share nutrition ideas I have discovered that work best to supplement my workouts, and ultimately to be fit and toned.
